Speaking of law school, I’ve been thinking a lot about my husband and kids and how attorneys can be targets for lawsuits because people sometimes have a misplaced notion that attorneys are loaded and they don’t consider that some of us will graduate with student loans equal if not more than our current mortgages. But, it’s what I’ve always wanted to do so I take the good with all the bad jokes that come with it. However, I have been thinking also about insurance and making sure that we have enough in case something tragic was to happen. I’ve checked out a few places, including http://www.wholesaleinsurance.net> and for now, I think we’re covered. But once I graduate, that’s another increase to the old budget.

Jobs
I am in law school. I’ve worked as a paralegal for nearly 17 years. Yet, the geeky side of me loves all things computer. I’ve always enjoyed coding (lite coding, like on blogs, in HTML, because CSS is too hard for me to figure out without really trying and there is the whole I’m in law school and still work for a living thing going on). So anyway, long ago and far away, there was a time that I considered looking into Computer Operator Jobs as my career. I’m glad I didn’t now, because I like tooling around with the computer in my spare time, but back in the day, it was a serious consideration.

And that's (almost) all I need
I know this is going to sound either a) weird; b) crazy; c) um, TMI; or maybe even d) what the hell is wrong with you woman?! but here it is: I want to get a magazine display rack and I want to put it in my bathroom.
I’m just sayin. A magazine rack would be awesome in there!
The Internets just had a collective Gasp! I heard it. Then I’m sure you all shook your heads and re-read that sentence. But it’s true. All I want in my life is a little organization (well, that’s not all, but it’s a darn good start!) I would like to use my bathroom and not have a stack of race car magazines fall on me (or behind me). I’d like to reach for TP and not have to precariously place my elbow so as to avoid a heavy book to the face.

iPhone 4 Review
http://www.apple.com/iphone/design/
Disclaimer: This is my own purchase, Apple does not know I exist except for the monthly deposit I make to cover my love for iPhone.
Hi !! It's me Kym and I want to share with you the iPhone 4. After 2 years or so I decided to upgrade my iPhone 3g to the iPhone 4. Normally I am not big on upgrading, but this was so worth it.
The iPhone 3G was a great tool and at first use, I was addicted. I used it for everything, emails, talking, map directions, confirming airline tickets and surfing the net. I loved all the cool apps and I liked having a pretty nice little camera with me at all times. However, after 2 years or so I found my battery just didn't hold up. Also, I found that if the 3 was good, the 4 should be better!
The 4 rocks! First thing you notice it's thinner, square and a bit lighter. The next is the camera. It's 360 degrees. Also the video aspect is really sweet. Another tidbit that I have found so valuable is the facetime calling. You can video talk with another iPhone 4 user. I am able to call my nephew on his Dad's phone and he can show me things from his day, and smile the whole time. It's priceless to see that face while listening to him relay his day!
The technical aspect...The speed is really fast, and I don't seem to drop calls in known drop spots. One of the preloaded apps is a compass. This works great when your gps goes nuts, you can at least find your way with the directional.
If you haven't upgraded yet, you should. It's really worth it!
